Responsibilities

  • Engage with the business on Journey Mapping, Elaboration, discovery and agile delivery programs focused on Sales Cloud
  • Design business processes focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com
  • Involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration and testing
  • Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of such as User Stories, functional design, configurations leveraging tools such as flows, workflows, validation rules, lightning App builder, etc
  • Contribute the growth of the practice through thought-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets and participation and ownership of other operational areas (recruiting, onboarding, training, enablement, etc.)
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members

Technical Attributes

  • Lead and drive Journey Mapping, Elaboration, discovery, and agile delivery programs focused on Salesforce.
  • Plan and orchestrate discovery sessions to help with business process elaboration, optimization, and translation into meaningful outcomes for our clients.
  • Help with Pre-Sales activities - create POVs, solution overviews, playbooks, estimations, etc.
  • Lead functional architecture and solution overview based on highlevel requirements, propose an implementation plan, strategy, methodolgy and align on scope with various client stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery interviews with senior client leadership to identify goals and priorities and ensure vision and objectives are met throughout the client engagement.
  • Design business processes focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com.
  • Lead the development of business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration and testing.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be fully and sincerely committed to the success of our clients.
  • At least 12+ year consulting experience.
  • At least 8+ year experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Must have led solution design and functional architecture for at least 3 Salesforce CRM implementations involving assessment, set up, integration and custom development.
  • Must have experience designing and delivering solution on Sales, Service and Community Clouds.
  • Must have led implementations with enterprise-level customers from kickoff to go-live.
  • Must be able to architect complex business process integrations between Salesforce and other in-house and third-party systems.
  • Must have experience of directly working with clients in discovery and implementation phases of the project to gather requirements and translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage Salesforce.
  • Perform analysis on customer data and build reports/dashboards based on customer specifications.
  • Identify best practices, gap areas, and/or any areas of opportunity for improvement in existing process.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to both the technology and business communities.
  • Responsible for matching business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of Salesforce, including, but not limited to, managed and unmanaged packages, complex data model, integration, role hierarchy, sharing and security model.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience/Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
  • Understanding of system and data flows to help with solution design.
  • Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall.
  • Mandatory Sales Cloud & Service Cloud consultant certifications.
  • Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator and Advanced Developer highly preferred.
  • Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field.
